Located in the frontal cortex of the brain, the Broca’s Area is involved in speech production. During a traumatic event or when trying to recall a traumatic event, this area shuts down, making it very difficult to talk about. Our film, titled After the Broca’s Area, aims to give a voice to those who have survived trauma.
